How long does my order take to ship?

Generally I ship in 5-7 business days, except in the case of large or custom orders. For orders of more than 50 sheets, please allow additional time for shipping, as I want to make sure your order is of good quality and uniformity.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes! You should see an estimated postage cost at checkout.

What is your return policy? 

Unfortunately I do not offer returns or exchanges on most products, except in the case of damage on arrival. I am always happy to send sample swatches before purchase to make sure you get the right paper for your project! Just email me and let me know that you’d like a free sample.

If an item arrives damaged, please email me with photos of the damaged package as it arrived, as well as the damaged paper. All domestic packages are shipped with insurance and can be replaced under the USPS insurance claim if applicable.
