White Dragon Paper focuses on recycling and using natural ingredients to create handmade paper and stationery products.
I accept Pay Pal, Direct Checkout, and Personal Check. Prices are listed in US Dollars. Payment is due within 48 hours of purchase. After this time I will cancel the order.
If paying by personal check, I will wait until I have received payment, deposited the check, and it has cleared the bank until I ship your purchase. This will significantly delay the receipt of your item, so if you need something in a hurry, please use paypal or direct checkout.
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
RUSH FEES: If you need an order to ship before the listed processing time (viewable under the "shipping" tab of the listing) please contact me before you complete your purchase, as you will need to pay an additional rush fee, amounting to $35 plus 10% of the item(s) cost.
Shipping fees paid with your order cover USPS postage, insurance, tracking, as well as shipping supplies, such as tape, labels, printer ink, and other necessary materials.

I ship domestically via USPS First Class for smaller items and USPS Priority for heavier ones. Both include tracking and insurance. First Class packages are estimated to arrive around 5-7 days domestically. Priority packages are estimated to arrive in 2-3 days domestically. These delivery times are estimates only, not guarantees.
If you wish to guarantee that you receive a package by a certain date, you need to contact me prior to purchase in order to establish which shipping method is appropriate for your needs. This may require upgraded shipping and an additional expense for you based on USPS's prices.
I will not refund shipping costs for orders that did not arrive within the estimated First Class or Priority Mail timeline, as USPS does not refund shipping costs for items that arrive "late" only for ones that are deemed lost. If your First Class or Priority mail package arrives later than the estimate, you are eligible for a refund of the item cost only once the items are returned to me in their original condition. You are eligible for a refund of postage if your package that was shipped via a guaranteed service (usually Priority Mail Express Guaranteed) arrives past the guaranteed delivery date.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International shipping should be expected 6 weeks after shipment. I can upgrade to quicker shipping upon request, for an additional fee for both domestic and international shipments. Please be aware of customs requirements in your area. They may require that you pick your purchase up from the customs office, or pay additional taxes. If you fail to pick up your package from the customs office, and the package is returned to me, I will resend the item once I receive a payment from you to cover reshipment. I am not legally responsible to pay customs fees or VAT taxes. These are taxes imposed upon you as a citizen of your government and it is illegal for me to pay for them.
If your package is damaged in transit or it never arrives (assume it is lost after 1 month for domestic orders, 2 months for international), convo me and we will work out a solution. For product damaged upon arrival, see “Returns.”

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
I do accept returns for product that was damaged upon arrival. You need to completely photograph all damages to the external packaging as well as the item itself. I cannot process an insurance claim without these photos. Then email or convo me with these pictures and I will confirm the address to which you are returning the damaged product. Then you must take the damaged package to your local post office for inspection. USPS requires the items to be inspected in order to fulfill a damage claim. Once I receive the photos and USPS damage claim inspection info and I have a photo of the receipt showing you have returned the damaged product, I will refund your purchase amount or send you a replacement (whichever you prefer).
I will refund in full or send replacements for any items that were sent in error, damaged, or misrepresented. Please contact me to work out a solution. If you wish to return an item for any other reason, return shipping will be paid by the buyer and will not be reimbursed, and any refunds given will be for the item cost only, not the initial shipping paid.
Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
For all returns the product must be postmarked as being returned to me within 7 business days, must include delivery confirmation, and must arrive to me undamaged (beyond any damaged-upon-receipt claims documented via photos), including strong odors the paper may have absorbed (for example, smoke/cigarette/cigar smells).
Items come from a non-smoking, pet-friendly environment.
Message me prior to purchase if you have any holiday cards to recycle. I offer 5% off any single item in my shop per pound of holiday cards (not including any packaging, such as boxes) for up to 20% off any single item total.
I do accept custom orders, provided I have the time and resources to do so. If you would like an item custom made, contact me via email or Etsy convo and detail what you would like to have done and I will respond as soon as possible to let you know if I am able to fill your order.
