6 inch Handmade 150+ year old wood bookmark, salvaged antique lath, salvaged bookmark

DetailsThe wood for this bookmark was salvaged from the interior walls of a house that was built in the 1880s. While doing repairs, there were some pieces of the original lath and plaster walls that need to be repaired, so I saved the scraps that were removed.
After much cutting and sanding, they have made lovely sturdy wood bookmarks with a shimmery grain running up and down the length. Accented with a brown leather cord, this would make a great companion for your winter reading. -
